17 January. Club training in the snow.

It's been gently snowing since late afternoon, it's settling on untreated surfaces. Still there were quite a few of us at training, the coach suggested that we run up to Studley deer park. I was dubious, as it is an off road countryside route to get there. It'll n
Be fine, coach said, so off we went, as we left town visibility was good as the settling snow lit the area up. We did a variety of efforts concentrating on different parts of the body, knees, heels, arms, head etc. It was good because you couldn't really see the hills, so it felt easier.
I ran gently home from club, the long way to boost the miles.
Also walked to and from work.
Run 6 miles
Walk 2 miles
Total 8 miles.
