Rest day

Rest day today, so that meant just a 2 mile run this morning, trying to keep a good pace, averaged 9 min 17 sec pace, so happy with that.

This evening, I have spent planning tomorrow's bike ride and brick run, frustrated by Map my run crashing, I then tried Garmin. Finally I came up with a planned route.

Today is the anniversary of The Olympic Torch relay passing through Ripon, and I was a torch bearer. What a wonderful day that was, I still can't believe that out of all those applicants I was picked. 

I look at my torch everyday and feel proud to have represented my community in such an iconic event.
