Club run, training plan called for 6 @ 11.01 actually did 6.93 @ 10.24 hope to eventually match my pace to the required one. Anyway, really enjoyed the run, walked to regroup instead of stopping, did a couple of hills and ran past 4 chip shops, mmmm!!
Cant believe that I am in the top 10 of Janathon, hope I can keep it up.
