Juneathon day 17 Rocking all over the world (sort of)

Thought I'd stick to the musical title,
One of the best parts of the world is Yorkshire, and we have a lovely rock formation Brimham Rocks. It is looked after by the National Trust and they have, in conjunction with Ripon Runners come up with some lovely trail runs, which will soon be available to download, so you can visit and run them yourself.

Ripon Runners are currently based at Ripon Cricket club, and there are some cricket fixtures that are on running nights. When that happens, we go else are, normally a pub, and run in different groups to usual and have a lovely supper after. So this evening, after Marshalling for the Junior club members championship race,

I got a lift to Brimham Rocks for one of these runs. The weather was lovely and the clear skies allowed us some stunning views. We could see about 40 miles.
After the run we had a lovely buffet supper. Mmm! Food, I like these social runs.
Day 17 totals
Walking 4.5 miles
Running 6.64 miles
