#Janathon final day

Today is active rest day for me, so dog walk and walk to work added up to 2.5 miles with very little effort, then this evening was Pilates, it felt hard tonight. So there we have it, my fourth Janathon completed

    • As you can see 2014 I have covered my greatest mileage, but my least miles running, where as over the last 3 years I have jogged, logged and blogged every day, this year I have exercised logged and blogged.
