Get up at 5
Have breakfast
Go for a Dogjog
Make sure I have everything for work
Drive to Ripon
Go to the pool
Swim a mile
Start my rest day (24 hours rest starts here)
Then normal work.
After work I went to the dentist
Eat tea
Prepare for tomorrow's run, which I am really looking forward to. A recce for March's challenge, the Hardmoors 55
And now a sit down watching telly, bed in an hour or so and it all starts again
