I ran to training tonight as a warm up. Actual training was a half mile group jog, then it was 3 x 10 minute efforts, 5 minutes out, turn and run back. The outward leg was slightly uphill so it was quite tough, but it made running back nice. We then ran back to club and stretched. Then I ran home and stretched again.
The session was tough but I did better than I thought I would at the beginning of the session so I am pleased with that.
