Wish I could bounce, rather than push
Wow that was hard, but I enjoyed it, I must work on my hills more, some runners dont seem to change pace, you'd think it was flat, they seemed hardly to touch the floor almost a bounce, where as I seem constantly to be pushing my feet off the floor.
I like to think of the earth, which is already turning on it's axis. That way, I'm not running forward, I'm brushing the earth away behind me. On the days that the earth is turning in the same direction as me, well, that's a fast day!
I dont mind hill sessions, I think im like a diesel engine, 1 speed but I keep going.
