Ok Janathon is over, here is what my training month looked like.
I actually managed to loose 5 lb along the way, I'm now 12 st 7 lb, so thats good.
I have also gained more followers and follow more people on Blogger and Twitter.
Overall I have enjoyed the challenge.
Well done to all the other Janathoners. I will continue blogging, but probably only once a week, so please keep following to see how my challenge of the London and Edinburgh Marathons and my 1st triathlon, is going.
