Today I have had a rest day, I have walked, and walked quick but that's it. I have also had a sports massage to sort my ever tired legs, and tonight I have spent the evening working on costumes at the youth drama group.
And so ends another busy day, Oh!and I've pumped my bike tires up. Not started packing though.
