Juneathon day 10, busy again

Another busy day, so short blog tonight.
Junior runners were short of coaches tonight so we stayed on the field for a pyramid session.
With adult runners we ran around Studley deeer park, was a lovely evening, but maybe a bit humid.
On return home I managed 100 sit ups, 100 push ups (girly style) 100 squats and a 2 min plank.
I've spent the rest of the evening completing a training plan for a friend running the York marathon in October. Hence short blog.
Totals for day 10
Walking 5.5 miles,,
Running 5.8 miles
Sit ups 100
Girly presses 100
Squats 100
Plank 2 min
