Janathon day 21, another rest day, NOT
Jed getting the hang of this now, but there are still too many sudden stop and sniffs, which jar my shoulder then after I had fed him I did a Pyramid turbo session, after #Dogjog. 5 mins on resistance setting 1, 5 mins on setting 2, five mins on setting 3, 5 mins on setting 2, 5 mins on setting 1, harder work than usual, with adding resistance, but the time went quickly. Now I can rest.
